过氧乙酸杀菌效果与稳定性观察

摘    要:实验室实验表明,用1000~1250mg/L浓度的过氧乙酸可将枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞全部杀灭,对金黄色葡萄球菌,仅需16~250mg/L。能量试验,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞,1000 mg/L浓度过氧乙酸可达合格要求;对金黄色葡萄球菌,100mg/L即可。过氧乙酸的稳定性随室温的升高而下降,加入0.2%8-羟基喹啉对稳定性未见有明显改善。

Abstract:The germicidal effect of peracetic acid was observed in laboratory. It was indicated by qualitative and quantitative germicidal tests that 1000~1250 mg/L peracetic acid solution could kill spores of Bacillus subtilis Var. niger in 15~30 min, and 16~250 mg/L solution could kill Staphylococcus aureus in 10~30 min . The capability test showed that 1000 mg/L and 100 mg/L peracetic acid could fulfil the requirements of eligibility for treatment of bacterial spore and S. aureus respectively. The stability of peracetic acid decreased with increasing environmental temperature and could not be improved significantly by addition of 0.2 % 8-hydroxy quinoline.
