| 摘 要： | 对94例在72h内入院的中风病人测量入院时的体温，并在入院时和一个月后行神经功能缺陷程度量表评分。结果显示：体温与初入院时的病情严重程度呈正相关，与一月后的神经功能缺陷评分亦呈正相关。提示：脑梗塞后保持较低的体温，可改善病人的预后。

| Abstract: | In a prospective and consecutive study 94 stoke patients were admitted to hospital within 72h after stroke. The body temperature determined on admission. Stroke severity was measured on admission, monthly, and at discharge on the Neurological Deficits Scale (NDS) .The result showed that body temperature was independently related to initial stroke severity and outcome in survivors (NDS at discharge) The results indicated that lowering of temperature after stroke could improve outcome in survivors |
