| Abstract: | This article shows how the universities combine its characteristics to construct and promote a harmonious and developing environment to which the socialist and the governing conception and aim are according. Through pushing on a democracy and legal system, building an equity and justice, friendly and honest credit atmosphere, arousing creative vigour as well as maintaining a proper balance in the relationship between the school and individual, a deeply understanding the intension and essence of construction socialist and harmonious society could be constructed. |
