| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2007年9月至2010年8月在西医治疗急性胰腺炎的基础上加用中药治疗急性胰腺炎45例,与同期单纯接受西医治疗的45例急性胰腺炎患者对照。结果加用中药治疗组总有效率88.8%,单纯西医组71.1%,两组总有效率比较,P<0.05。结论中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating acute pancreatitis.Methods 45 cases of acute pancreatitis who recieved the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from September 2007 to August 2010 were retrospectively analyzed,and were compared with 45 cases of acute pancreatitis who recieved the western medicine in the same period.Results The total effective rates of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group were 88.8% and 71.1%,respectively.By comparison,P <0.05.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than western medicine in acute pancreatitis treatment. |
