摘    要:目的探讨不同温度冲洗液对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后膀胱痉挛、出血的影响。方法将患者随机分为A、B、C、D四组,各组50例,采用4个温度段经行观察:A组冲洗液温度15℃~19℃、B组20℃~24℃、C组25℃~29℃、D组30℃~34℃,观察尿液红细胞计数、膀胱痉挛发生次数。结果C组25℃-29℃冲洗液中尿液红细胞计数、膀胱痉挛次数最少,C组与A组、B组、D组比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论选用25℃~29℃冲洗液可有效减少膀胱痉挛次数和出血,是一种安全有效地膀胱冲洗方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of the different bladder irrigation fluid temperature on bladder spasm and bleeding after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods 200 patients undergoing TURP were equally randomized into four groups:group A,group B,group C and group D,with the temperatures of bladder irrigation fluid of 15 ~ 19 ℃,20 ~ 24 ℃,25 ~ 29 ℃,30 ~ 34 ℃.The incidence of bladder spasm and the extent to bladder bleeding were compared among the four groups.Results The incidences of bladder spasm and the mean red cell count of flush fluid in group C with 25 ~ 29 ℃ was significantly lower than that in other groups(P 0.05).Conclusions The continuous bladder irrigation in group C with 25 ~ 29 ℃can reduce postoperative hemorrhage and the incidences of bladder spasm,which is a safe and effective method.
