| 摘 要： | 目的探讨62例采用羟基磷灰石陶瓷应用于MSCS后路手术患者的手术护理配合方法及效果。方法实施颈椎后路棘突纵切双开门椎管扩大成形术治疗MSCS62例,均采用羟基磷灰石人工骨。根据手术步骤制定合理的护理措施,术前、术中进行有效护理配合,62例患者术后随访3个月。结果 62例采用羟基磷灰石人工骨组术中出血量130～400ml,平均210ml。除3例有羟基磷灰石碎裂外,未发生材料宿主反应及其他严重并发症。结论羟基磷灰石人工骨用于治疗MSCS后路手术的效果好,并发症少;手术用时及出血量少;术中护理配合简便,容易掌握操作要点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effect of nursing cooperation with MSCS posterior operation by coralline hydroxyapatite.Methods Reasonable nursing measures were formulated according to the operation procedure,to take effective nursing cooperationpreoperatively and intraoperatively.Results 62 patients with operation had intraoperative bleeding of 130 ~ 400 ml(mean 210 ml).No material host reaction and serious complications occured except for 3 cases with broken coralline hydroxyapatite.Conclusion Coralline hydroxyapatite artificial bone for posterior operation in treatment of MSCS has the advantages of good effects,few complications;few operative time and bleeding;simple nursing cooperation and easy mastering of operation points. |
