| 摘 要： | 高雄激素血症是多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）典型的临床特征。卵巢是女性雄激素的主要来源,卵巢内的雄激素是胆固醇在类固醇激素合成酶的作用下合成的,其酶活性异常可引起雄激素水平的上升。本文对PCOS患者卵巢类固醇激素合成关键酶及促黄体生成素,胰岛素改变所导致的卵巢源性雄激素水平升高的形成机制作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Hyperandrogenism is a typical clinical feature of PCOS.Androgen of women comes from ovary,the androgen is composited under function of the steroid hormone enzyme,and the enzyme's abnormality could cause the upgrade of androgen.This article will illuminate the mechanism of the upgrade of ovariogenic androgen by inducing steroid hormone and luteinizing hormone and insulin change. |
