| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨保乳手术在早期乳腺癌中的应用,总结其护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析24例乳腺癌病人行保乳手术的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均手术顺利,腋窝引流2d～3d拔除,切口一期愈合,住院6d～10d;患侧乳房形体保持良好。[结论]保乳术使早期乳腺癌病人自信心增强,是较理想的治疗方法,加强其护理有利于预后。
