氧化苦参碱对癫痫大鼠脑组织丙二醛浓度和超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:
目的观察氧化苦参碱(OMT)对癫痫大鼠脑组织丙二醛(MDA)浓度和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法通过腹腔注射青霉素制备癫痫动物模型,测定腹腔内注射氧化苦参碱后的癫痫鼠脑组织MDA浓度和SOD活性。结果癫痫鼠脑组织MDA浓度升高;OMT腹腔内注射可降低癫痫鼠脑组织MDA浓度,提高SOD活性。结论氧化苦参碱对于大鼠癫痫模型脑组织具有清除自由基、抗氧化作用。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of Oxymartrine (OMT) on the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the brain tissue of epileptic rats. Methods The epileptic animal model was induced by administration of Penicillin then OMT was given (i.p) to each animal. The concentration of MDA and the activity of SOD were examined, respectively. Results MDA concentration was elevated in epileptic rats. Administration of OMT decreased the MDA levels and increased the SOD activity in the brain tissue of epileptic rats. Conclusion The study suggested that peripherally administered OMT may scavenge free radicals in the brain tissue of iron-induced epileptic animals.
