腹腔镜联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症

目的探讨腹腔镜联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床价值。方法对86例子宫内膜异位症患者在腹腔镜下行手术治疗后,加用孕三烯酮2.5mg/次,每周2次,治疗3~6月。结果86例均在腹腔镜下成功完成手术,随访12~24个月,症状控制率100%,复发4例复发率4.7%(4/86);36例合并不孕症者术后联合孕三烯酮治疗,妊娠22例,妊娠率61.1%(22/36)。结论腹腔镜手术应用于各期子宫内膜异位症,联合孕三烯酮治疗,复发率、低受孕率高,可获满意治疗效果。

Therapy for Endometriosis with Laparoscopic Operation plus Progestin

Objective To discuss the clinical value of laparoscopic operation plus progestin for the therapy of endometriosis.MethodsA total of 86 patients with endometriosis were performed laparoscopic operation, and then some of them were administered progestin (2.5mg) twice per week for 3-6 months.ResultsLaparoscopic operation was finished successfully in all the patients. According to the follow-up (12-24 months), the symptom-controlling rate was up to 100% and there were four patients (4.7%, 4/86) whose symptoms relapsed. Out of the whole patients, 36 ones were given oral progestin and 22 of them (61.1%) succeeded in pregnancy.ConclusionAs a satisfactory therapeutic way, laparoscopic operation plus progestin is effective on endometriosis with low relapse rate and high pregnant rate.
