| 摘 要： | 为18例20侧疝行腹腔镜疝修补术,其中斜疝14例、隐性疝3例、直疝1例。行疝囊高位结扎3例,用经腹腔腹膜前铺网固定法修补15例17侧疝。对手术方法及防止复发的操作要点进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | From Jun. 1995 to Apr. 1996, 18 patients with inguinal hernia were treated with laparoscopy. There were 14 indirect inguinal hernia, 1 direct inguinal hernia and 3 concealed hernia. The transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic mesh repair of hernia (TAPP) were performed in 15 patients. Closure of the internal orieice of hernia were performed in 3 concealed hernia. The methed of operation, the cause and prevention of recurrence will be discussed in this paper. |
