| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗难治性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择医院2009年1-12月收治的难治性消化性溃疡患者200例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组100例;两组患者经诊断后均给予西药治疗,而研究组则在此基础上加用中药治疗,并对两组患者的临床疗效等指标进行对比分析。结果研究组治愈率47.0%,总有效率96.0%,与对照组34.0%、84.0%相比,研究组均显著提高;研究组的无效率为4.0%,对比对照组的16.0%明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后复发率4.0%,比对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗难治性消化性溃疡,其疗效确切,效果显著,对于难治性消化性溃疡患者具有十分重要的临床治疗意义。 |
