| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌患者术后并发肺部感染的原因,并提出相应的治疗方法。方法对2008年9月-2009年9月医院收治的20例术后并发感染患者,根据药敏结果分别应用头孢哌酮及加替沙星等药治疗;采用多因素分析感染的危险因素。结果 20例肺癌患者中铜绿假单胞菌感染18例,肺炎链球菌感染2例,有19例痊愈出院,1例死于多脏器功能衰竭。结论控制肺癌患者术后并发感染,应针对危险因素,采用相应的预防治疗对策,从而控制和减少感染的发生。
