| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病合并呼吸道感染的原因、危害及治疗方法。方法合理应用抗菌药物治疗肺炎的同时积极控制糖尿病。结果血糖<13.9 mmol/L时可减少感染的发生,对已发生感染者,应控制血糖利于抗感染治疗。结论糖尿病合并呼吸道感染,合理的应用抗菌药物同时严格控制血糖治疗效果好。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To discuss the causes,damages and treatment methods of diabetes combined respiratory tract infection.METHODS The antibiotics were reasonably used to treat pneumonia,while diabetes were positively controlled.RESULTS Blood sugar controlled below in 13.9mmol.L-1(250mg.100ml-1) could reduce the infection rate,the infection have occurred,Control of blood sugar should be conducive to anti-infection treatment.CONCLUSION To reasonably use antibiotics meanwhile strictly control blood sugar,has a good curat... |
