| 摘 要： | 目的探讨创伤骨科护士职业损伤因素与防护措施。方法根据创伤骨科护士专业特点,分析职业损伤的危险因素,制定有针对性的防护措施。结果提高了创伤骨科护士职业损伤的防护意识和防护方法。结论加强职业安全教育,提高防护意识,是减少职业损伤的关键;合理安排人力、物力资源,加强高危人群防护,是减少职业损伤的必要措施,这样才能确保护士的身心健康,减少医院感染的发生。
