| 摘 要： | 目的探讨奥硝唑预防口腔颌面部手术后感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组应用奥硝唑,对照组应用甲硝唑,对两组间临床疗效和细菌清除率进行比较。结果观察组患者术后感染发生率为5.00%,对照组为20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑可以降低口腔颌面部手术后的感染率,值得临床推广应用。
