| 摘 要： | 在省级和设区市级新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构开展即时结报工作是卫生部对新农合提出的工作要求，该文通过新农合省市级医院即时结报技术模式与医保现行模式的比较，从业务流程、联网方式、接口设计、药物目录匹配等几个方面，介绍了湖南省新农合省市级医院即时结报模式。

| Abstract: | Ministry of Health requires that an immediate settlement should be made in provincial and municipal hospitals for the new rural CMS. This paper compares the immediate settlement mode between the new rural CMS and medical insurance system in the aspects of business processes,interconnection,interface design,and drug directories matching in Hunan province. |
