摘    要:
用高效液相色谱-电化学检测法测定大鼠6个脑区单胺类神经递质及其主要代谢产物的含量。此法可同时分离和测定10种化合物,且快速、灵敏和简便,适用于临床分析和实验研究。

Abstract:
This paper reported simultaneous separation and determination of the content of 9 monoamine neurotransmitters and their major metabolites in 6 brain areas of rat by using high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. The 9 substances were norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (E), dopamine (DA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylglycol (MHPG), 3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid (DOPAC), 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid(5-HIAA) and homovanillic acid(HVA). They were quantitated by the internal standard method. The isolation by HCLO_4 was very simple. The volume of injection was 10uI and the amount of tissue was 11mg and above. The run time of every sample was short (<25min). This method was rapid, sensitive and simple. It is suitable for the clinical and laboratorial study.
