| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胆道大量出血的病因、病理和手术方式的选择。方法 回顾性总结 1 980年3月至 2 0 0 3年 3月我们收治的胆道大量出血 32例的临床资料。结果 手术治疗 2 8例 ,治愈 2 6例 ,死亡 2例 ;非手术治疗 4例 ,治愈 1例 ,死亡 3例。结论 胆道大量出血应以手术治疗为主 ,其手术方式应根据病人的具体情况而定 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the etiology and the pathology and the choice of the operation methods for the massive hemorrhage of biliary tract.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with massive hemorrhage of biliary tract from March 1980 to March 2003 was summarized retrospectively. The 28 patients were operated,26 cases cured and 2 cases died.Of the 4 cases treated by non operation methods,1 case was cured and 3 cases died.Conclusion Surgical treatment was the first choice for massive hemorrhage of biliary tract.The surgical procedures should be individualized. |
