血清脂联素水平与原发性高血压的相关性研究

目的探讨血清脂联素(APN)水平与原发性高血压的相关性。方法将240例原发性高血压患者根据血压水平的高低分为高血压1级(H1)组、高血压2级(H2)组和高血压3级(H3)组,同时选择体检健康者60例作为对照组。检测各组的血清APN、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和空腹血糖(FBG),同时测定各组的血压、身高和体质量,并计算平均动脉压(MAP)和体质量指数。结果 H1、H2和H3组的APN水平明显低于对照组,而且H3组的APN水平明显低于H1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清APN水平与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压、TC、LDL-C呈显著负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多元线性回归结果显示,SBP、MAP和TG是影响APN水平的独立影响因素,P<0.01(r2=0.612)。结论原发性高血压患者体内APN水平明显降低,可能在高血压的发生和发展过程中起重要作用。

Analysis of the relationship between serum adiponectin and essential hypertension
