420例院内真菌感染情况及药敏分析

目的探讨院内真菌感染的临床分布现状及用药情况,为预防和减少院内真菌感染及临床合理使用抗生素提供科学的依据。方法回顾性分析浏阳市人民医院2007年3月至2010年3月住院患者真菌感染病例,并对420例医院真菌感染进行分析。结果院内真菌感染患者420例,占同期院内感染的16%,好发于呼吸道(54.3%)、泌尿道(19.5%)、消化道(15.7%),多发于老年人(73%)。真菌以白色念珠菌为主(54.3%),其次是近平滑念珠菌(34.0%),与基础疾病、自身免疫力低下、不合理应用抗生素及抗真菌治疗不规范有关。结论科学合理选择抗生素是预防和减少院内真菌感染的关键,规范临床抗真菌治疗方法是真菌感染预后的重要手段。
