| 摘 要： | 目的对小儿单纯糠疹发病原因与微量元素之间的关系进行研究,找出二者之间的联系。方法收集上海市儿童医院皮肤科门诊2009年3月至2010年3月单纯糠疹病例340例,及同期该院儿保门诊健康体检儿童220例,均作血清微量元素(包括铜、钙、镁、铁、铅、镉、锌)检测,对两组数据进行统计学分析。结果单纯糠疹患儿组血锌水平均值(53.8~73.3μmol/L)显著低于健康对照组(75.7~97.6μmol/L),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血铜、钙、镁、铁、铅、镉水平与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿单纯糠疹发病与锌元素缺乏关系密切。 |
