| 摘 要： | 目的检测胰腺癌组织中糖酵解关键酶活性及糖酵解产物含量,分析糖酵解与胰腺癌组织生物学行为的关系。方法收集21例胰腺癌组织标本和12例胰岛素瘤等良性病变胰腺组织,制备组织匀浆,用化学比色法检测糖酵解关键酶己糖激酶(hexokinase,HK)、丙酮酸激酶(pyruvate kinase,PK)活性及糖酵解产物乳酸含量。结果与正常胰腺组织相比,癌组织中HK、PK活性和乳酸含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌有氧氧化功能降低,糖酵解水平增强,特异性抑制糖酵解可能成为胰腺癌新的治疗策略。
