白色念珠菌感染分布及敏感性分析

目的分析引起医院感染常见白色念珠菌的临床分布及其药敏特点,为临床抗真菌药物的合理使用提供依据。方法从某三甲医院2007年9月至2008年12月各种标本中分离到497株真菌,用ATB Expression仪器和其配套使用的板条进行细菌鉴定及药敏测试,并对结果进行分析。结果 497株酵母菌以假丝酵母菌为主,占前3位比例分别为白色念珠菌54.3%(270/497)、热带念珠菌18.5%(92/497)、光滑念珠菌6.2%(31/497);假丝酵母菌对5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、伊曲康唑、氟康唑、伏立康唑的敏感率分别为96.7%、94.4%、93.8%、86.8%、84.6%。结论真菌感染患者主要集中分布在呼吸内科、消化内科、重症监护病房、肿瘤科、心内科等;引起真菌感染的真菌以白色假丝酵母菌均为主,其次是热带假丝酵母菌和光滑假丝酵母菌,假丝酵母菌对5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B敏感率较高,对氟康唑、伊曲康唑产生了较强的耐药性。
