45例缺血性青年脑卒中危险因素的临床分析

目的探讨缺血性青年脑卒中患者的危险因素。方法以45例缺血性青年脑卒中患者为试验组,以同期收治的40例缺血性老年脑卒中患者为老年对照组,以40例健康青年为青年对照组,对比各组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(Apo-A)及载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)水平,对比试验组与老年对照组糖尿病、高血压、吸烟及饮酒情况。结果试验组TC、TG水平高于青年对照组,HDL-L、Apo-A低于青年对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组HDL-C、LDL-C及Apo-A水平低于老年对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组糖尿病及高血压的比例低于老年对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在吸烟及饮酒方面比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血脂异常是缺血性青年脑卒的首要因素,其次为血糖、血压的异常,再次为吸烟及饮酒,各个因素的相互促进,互为因果是发病的关键。

Clinical analysis on the risk factors of ischemic stroke in 45 cases
