| 摘 要： | 皮肤性病学临床实习是临床教学的重要组成部分,也是检验理论教学效果并过渡至临床实践的重要环节。由于门诊病例资源的不确定性,往往影响皮肤科临床实习教学的顺利开展。收集典型病例,丰富视频资料,利用信息化技术,建立充足的皮肤性病学信息化资源库,可以为实习教学提供有力的资源保障,弥补病例分布不均、患者参与教学依从性差等教学薄弱环节,圆满完成实习教学任务,并在实习教学的客观性方面得到提升。 |

| Abstract: | The clinical practice of dermatovenereology is regarded as a key process in clinical medical education; meanwhile it is an important phase to examine medical theory teaching effect and connect to clinical practice. The clinical practice teaching is not always carried out successfully due to the indeterminateness of outpatients resources. Based on information technology, the dermatovenereology resources bank was established through collecting typical cases and gathering video data. The bank is of benefit to the practice teaching, including providing abundant resources for practice teaching, making up the uneven distribution of outpatients received and low compliance of patients＇ participation in teaching, accomplishing teaching tasks and improving the objective evaluation of clinical practice teaching. |
