| 摘 要： | 试用新型免疫调节剂胎盘肽(胎盘转移因子)治疗丙型肝炎115例,单一用药每天肌注2～4ml,平均治疗3～4月,获得较好治疗效果,临床治愈79.1％,近期丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体、HCVR-NA阴转率分别为34.5％和39.0％;乙丙混合感染者HBsAg和HBVDNA阴转率分别为20.3～71.4％和35.0～66.7％;随访急性病例未见复发,慢性病例出现波动者在11.4％以内;肝组织病理复查,均见改善。观察证明丙型肝炎在恰当治疗下预后良好,胎盘肽对丙型肝炎,不论单一感染或混合感染,均可获较好效果。 |

| Abstract: | The paper reported excellent response of 115 Patients with hepatitis C to Placental polypeptide therapy.The drug was given 2 ~4ml I,M.daily for 3~4 mon on average.The clinical recovery rate,Seronegativity of anti-HCV and HCV RNA were 79.1 %.34.5 % and 39.0%.respectively,and Seronegativity of HBsAg and HBV DNA were 20.3%~71.4% and 35.0%-66.7%.respectively in patients with HCV and HBV coinfection.No relapse case was found in acute hepatitis C.while 11.4% of patients with chronic hepatitis C relapsed during follow-up Periods.Liver rebiopsies at the end of the regimen revealed that all the pathological findings showed obvious improvement as compared with pretreatment slides.These findings suggest that placental Polypepride may have good effects in patients with both acute and chronic hepatitis C or with HBV and HCV coinfection. |
