红核神经元对血压变化的感受

摘    要:目的:进一步确定红核(RN)神经元能否感受外周血压的变化。方法:给大鼠静脉注射新福林使其血压升高,静脉注射酚妥拉明使其血压降低,作为血管压力感受性刺激。分别在保留和去除颈动脉窦主动脉弓压力感受器传入神经的条件下,观察外周血压变化对RN神经元单位放电频率的影响。结果,在保留颈动脉窦主动脉弓传入神经的条件下,当外周血压升高时,在记录到的74个RN单位中50.00%(37/74)呈增频反应,13.51%(10/74)呈减频反应,36.49%(27/74)无反应;当血压降低时,在记录到的47个RN单位中23.40%(11/47)呈增频反应,42.55%(20/47)呈减频反应,34.05%(16/47)无反应。如先去除颈动脉窦主动脉弓的传入神经,则当血压升高时,AN神经元中呈增频反应的明显减少,而当血压降低时,RN神经元中呈减频反应的明显减少。结论:RN神经元主要通过颈动脉窦主动脉弓压力感受器的传入神经感受外周血压的变化。

Abstract:Objective: In order to know whether neurons of RN can receive the afferents from baroreceptorand investigate its receptive way. Methods:By the use of intravenous injection of phenylephrine (PE) and phentolamin (phen) to excite and inhibit the aterial baroreceptor respectively,we observed the change of spontaneous discharge of red nucleus (RN). Results: The response of RN to pressor is the increase of unit dischargefreguency,whereas the response of RN to depressor is the decrease of act discharge freguency. Conclusion:ANcan receive the afferent information of blood pressure change through the pathway of sino-aortic baroreceptorreflex.
