32例四肢血管损伤的诊断与治疗

总结了32例44条四肢血管损伤的病历．上肢血管损伤率65．91％，下肢血管损伤率34．09％．通过抗休党及急诊显微外科等修复治疗，效果满意。本组有1例合并骨筋膜室高压综合症，1例合并严重感染，1例合并急性肾功能衰竭．并对四肢血管损伤的急救、诊断和治疗进行了讨论．

The diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vessels of limbs in 32 cases

32 cases with injury of vessels on limbs. It included 44 vasculares. The injury rate of the upper lirnbs was 65. 91 %,and that of the lower limbs was 34.09%. The satisfied result hadbeen gained by antishock,immediately microsurgical repairing and so on. In this group,one patient had been accompanied by the osteofascial compartment syndrome,one with the serious infection and another one under acute renal failure. At the same time, some correlative question was discussed,such as the diagnosis, the emergency treatment of the injury of peripheral vessels and the proper time of repairing.
