宫颈癌癌变过程中Caspase-3、Fas/FasL的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨宫颈癌癌变过程中Caspase-3、Fas/FasL蛋白表达的变化。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测42例宫颈癌、13例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intraep ithelial neop lasia,C IN)和8例正常宫颈组织中Caspase-3、Fas/FasL蛋白的表达。结果:Caspase-3蛋白在正常宫颈组织、C IN及宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率依次降低(P<0.05)。而Fas及FasL在C IN及宫颈癌组织中的表达与在正常组织中表达相比均有显著性差异(PFas<0.05;PFasL<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌组织能通过Caspase-3、Fas的表达及FasL高表达逃逸机体免疫监视以促使肿瘤发生发展及转移。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of Caspase-3,Fas and FasL in cervical carcinogenesis.Methods: The expressions of Caspase-3,Fas and FasL,in 8 cases of normal cervix 13 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 36 cases of cervical carcinoma tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results: The positive rates of Caspase-3 decreased from normal cervical,CIN to cervical carcinoma tissue(P<0.05);Fas and FasL expression were significantly different between each 2 groups(PFas<0.05;PFasL<0.05).Conclusion: Down-regulation of Caspase-3 and Fas expression but up-regulation of FasL expression may take part in carcinogenesis and development of cervical carcinoma,and this may be a mechanism by which the tumor cells evade the host immune surveillance.
