| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨128层螺旋CT泌尿系成像对输尿管病变的诊断价值。方法:对58例泌尿系病变患者进行128层螺旋C T平扫、增强、延迟扫描,采用三维重建技术对原始数据进行重建。结果:128层螺旋CT泌尿系成像可获得不同层面、不同角度的三维图像,能良好地显示泌尿系统病变(重复肾并输尿管畸形、输尿管肿瘤、迷走血管压迫所致狭窄、输尿管瘘)的形态、位置、解剖关系、毗邻关系及血供情况。结论:运用128层螺旋CT对泌尿系扫描,时间短,图像质量高,对泌尿系疾病的诊断与临床治疗有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT urography on the urinary system diseases.Methods:Fifty eight cases with urinary disease were undergone multislice spiral CT scan,enhance,delayed scanning,using the three dimensional reconstruction technology to carry on the reconstruction to the primary data.Results: Multislice spiral CT urography receive different levels and differ entangles of the three-dimensional image,can be a good show the location of the urinary system diseases,morphology,anatomy,nature,and the adjacent blood supply situation.Conclusion:The short scan time and the image quality of multislice spiral CT urography have a higher value for diagnosis and clinical treatment of the urinary tract disease. |
