| 摘 要： | 感冒是一种常见病，市售的感冒药物多达100余种，如何合理选用感冒药物，作者认为应掌握以下知识。1．正确的诊断和鉴别诊断。2．合理使用感冒药物应根据(1)感冒药物的组成，(2)感冒的症状，(3)病人的情况：年龄、生理特征、职业、伴发症、伴随用药和药物过敏史等。3．应注意感冒药物的不良反应。4．特殊人群的感冒应及时到医院诊治，以免贻误病情。

Reasonable choice of medicines treating common cold |

| Abstract: | Common cold is a common disease. There are more than 100 kinds of drugs for treating common cold in the market. It is necessary to master knowledge as below for choosing the drugs: 1. Correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis. 2. Reasonable choice of the drugs should depend on: (1) composition of the drugs, (2) symptoms of common cold, (3) the conditions of patients (eg. age, physiological characteristics, occupation, accompanied diseases, other medicines used at the same time and drug hypersensitive history etc). 3. Pay more attentions to the adverse drug reactions. 4. The patients in special population should be treated in hospital to avoid delaying diseases. |
