810例门诊2型糖尿病患者降糖药物使用及趋势分析

目的分析近年来门诊2型糖尿病患者降糖药物的使用情况及趋势。方法选取武汉某三级甲等医院确诊的血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者810例，将患者用药方案分为4组，分析各组患者用药前后血糖水平以及近几年来各种降糖药物使用趋势。结果用药后各组患者血糖水平明显改善，睡前注射长效胰岛素联合口服药物以及三餐前皮下注射短效胰岛素联合睡前注射长效胰岛素的治疗方案近几年来应用逐渐增多。结论长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药以及三餐前短效胰岛素联合睡前注射长效胰岛素方案，逐渐成为2型糖尿病患者用药的趋势。

Analysis of the Use and Trend of Antidiabetic Drugs in 810 Cases Outpatients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To analyse the use and trend of antidiabetes drugs outpatients with type 2 diabetes in recent years. Methods Select 810 cases type 2 diabetes outpatients with poor blood glucose control in a 3A - grade hospital in Wuhan, divide the outpatients into four groups, analyse each group＇ s glucose levels befour and after taking the antidiabetes drugs, and the use and trend of the antidiabetes drugs. Rusults The blood glucose levels improved significantly each group aftering taking the antidiabetes drugs. Long - acting insulin injected at bedtime combined oral antidiabetes drugs ,and shortacting insulin injected befour meals combined long- acting insulin injected at bedtime are being used more in recent years. Conclusion Long - acting insulin injected at bedtime combined oral antidiabetes drugs , and short -acting insulin injected befour meals combined long- acting insulin injected at bedtime has become the trend in type 2 diabetes.
