摘 要: | 目的探讨成都地区乙型肝炎患者基因型分布特点及与氨基酸代谢关系,有助于临床医师根据乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)的特性和氨基酸模式制定合理的治疗方案。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR、PCR-反向点杂交和氨基酸模式分析对127例乙型肝炎患者进行HBV DNA定量、HBV基因分型和支链氨基酸及芳香族氨基酸的测定。结果 127例乙型肝炎患者病毒载量(1.0×103~1.0×108IU/ml)与氨基酸的关系分别为支链氨基酸降低在HBV基因B型占81.3%,C型占96.6%,B/C混合型占60%;HBV DNA浓度平均对数值4.63占70.8%,6.73占92.1%,7.64占100%;而芳香族氨基酸升高在HBV基因B型占76.6%,C型占96.6%,B/C混合型占60%;HBV DNA浓度平均对数值4.63占74.2%,6.73占82.9%,7.64占100%。结论成都地区HBV基因类别与HBVDNA浓度对数值比较差异无统计学意义,但与疾病轻重和氨基酸模式的变化呈正相关。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristics of locations of the patients with HBV in Chengdu and the relationship with the amino acids metabolism,helping the clinicians formulate rational treatment according to the characteristics of HBV and the amino acid modes.Methods To assay the ration of HBV DNA,the genotype of HBV and the quantity of the branched chain amino acid and the aromatic amino acid from 127 HBV patients using the Time Fluorescence Quantitative PCR,PCR-RLB and the analysis of the amino acid modes.Results The relationships with the virus concentration(1.0×103~1.0×108 IU/ml)of 127 patients with HBV and the amino acids are: when the branched chain amino acid reduces,the proportion of HBV gene is 81.3% in type B,96.6% in type C,60% in the mixed type B/C;while when the aromatic amino acid increases,the proportion of HBV gene is 76.6% in 4.63,92.1% in 6.73,100% in 7.64.Conclusion There's no significant difference in the comparison between the types of the HBV genotype and the DNA Log score of HBV,but the patients' condition and the change of the amino acids are positively correlated. |
