| 摘 要： | 目的:了解广州市男性流动人口性生活习惯、性行为及对同性恋和艾滋病的认知情况。方法:抽取广州市759名男性流动人口进行问卷调查和访谈。结果:①男性流动人口性观念较开放,初次性交往年龄逐代提前。②初次性经历及异性关系复杂,约半数承认曾有性交易史。③不良性生活习惯较普遍、性心理不健康倾向明显,在避孕节育方面,越来越多的年轻人倾向于选择短效避孕方式。④14.89%流动人口的社会关系中有同性恋的现象,流动人口具备一定的艾滋病预防知识,但对国家预防艾滋病政策了解甚少。结论:有关部门需加强针对流动人口性心理疏导、性道德教育及生殖健康知识宣传教育。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore sexual behavior,attitude and knowledge of male floating population in Guangzhou.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted in 759 male migrants.Results:Male migrants had more open sexual attitudes.Ages of the initiation of sexual intercourse were getting younger.Sexual partners of the initiation of sexual intercourse showed wide variation.Almost half of them admitted that they experienced prostitution.Harmful sex behaviors and poor psychosexual concerns were common.More and more mal... |
