贫困大学生健康状况调查

目的：了解家庭贫困大学生的健康状况，为制订和改善其健康的措施提供依据。方法：采用随机整群抽样的方法，对沈阳医学院1000名大学生进行问卷调查。结果：（1）贫困大学生与一般人群比较，两者在身体症状与器官功能、日常生活功能、身体活动功能、正向情绪、心理症状与负向情绪、认知功能、角色活动与社会适应上差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。除心理症状与负向情绪、角色活动与社会适应为贫困生得分高于一般人群，其余得分均低于一般人群；（2）贫困大学生与非贫困大学生比较，两者在正向情绪，社会资源与社会接触，社会支持差异有统计学意义，且均为贫困生得分低于非贫困大学生；（3）贫困大学生的健康情况在性别、家庭所在地、是否担任学生干部、是否是独生子女等方面有差异，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：贫困大学生自测健康状况较差，应采取一定措施改善贫困大学生的健康状况。

The Investigation on the State of Health of Impoverished College Students

Objective:To investigate the health of impoverished college students.Methods:One thousand students in Shenyang Medical College were investigated by Self-rated Health Measurement scale.Results:(1)The score of the impoverished college students was lower than the Chinese norm in body symptom and organ function,daily living function,body function,positive feeling,cognitive function,psychology symptom and negative feeling,role action and social adapt(P<0.05).(2)The score of the impoverished college students was lower than the normal college students in positive feeling,social resource and social contact,social support(P<0.05).(3)The relevant factors involving the impoverished college students were as following: sex,family address,in charge or not,only children or not.Conclusion:The health of impoverished student is worse,we should do according measures to improve the impoverished students health.
