微管微创无痛人流术的临床疗效观察

目的:了解微管微创无痛人流术的疗效。方法:对我站2008年1月至2009年8月间停经35～50d内经B超确诊为宫内妊娠者(孕囊≤20mm)自愿要求人流的早孕妇女进行调查分析,随机选择100例使用微管微创人流者为观察组,另100例采取传统负压吸引术人流者为对照组,观察两组的手术时间、疼痛、出血、完全流产情况。结果:比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后阴道出血时间有显著性差异。观察组无痛率79%、对照组无痛率5%,两组有显著性差异。完全流产率无明显差异。结论:微管微创无痛人流术具有较好的临床应用价值。

Clinical observation of the efficacy of micropipe-minimally invasive and painless abortion

Objective:To Understand the efficacy of micropipe-minimally invasive and painless abortion.Methods:Investigation and analysis were carried out on the pregnant women,who voluntarily requested abortion between 35-50 d inside the cessation of menstruation,after being diagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy (pregnancy sac ≤ 20 mm) by B-ultrasound in January 2008～August 2009.100 cases that use the micropipes were randomly selected as the observation group,another 100 cases of the traditional vacuum aspiration as the control group.Two groups were observed in operation time,pain,bleeding,complete abortion case.Results:There is a significant difference between two groups through comparing operative time,blood loss,and postoperative bleeding time.Painless rate is 79%in the observation group and painless rate is 5% in the control group,there is a significant difference between the two groups.No significant difference in complete abortion rate.Conclusion:Micropipe-minimally invasive and painless abortion has good clinical value.
