| 摘 要： | 目的:观察负压封闭引流(VSD)在慢性骨髓炎治疗中的效果.方法:对11例患者在病灶清除后使用VSD,创面改善后据情况给予直接缝合或皮肤移植.结果:11例患者创面愈合出院,无不良反应,随诊未见复发.结论:VSD能保障引流,促进局部组织修复,治疗慢性骨髓炎效果好,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the therapeutic effects of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis. Methods：From Feb. 2008 to Aug.2009,11 cases of chronic osteomyelitis were collected, all of the patients used antibiotics to control infection before operation.Then,VSD was used after clearing the disease focus away thoroughly.To perform skin suture or flap transplantation after the wound condition improvement.Results：All patients’wound were healed and discharged from the hospital without adverse reactions. No relapse occurred during follow up.Conclusion：VSD is a reliable method to treat chronic osteomyelitis. |
