| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康莱特注射液联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者生活质量改善的临床意义。方法采取随机对照分组,治疗组30例采用康莱特联合化疗;对照组30例采用单纯化疗。结果治疗组有效率为43.3%,对照组为26.7%,有显著性差异(P<0.05),在体质量及Karnofsky评分等方面治疗组均优于对照组,有显著性差异。结论康莱特注射液联合化疗可提高化疗疗效、改善患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to discuss the clinical significance of Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality improved in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients in advanced stage.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases were in treatment group and treated with Kanglaite combined with chemotherapy.Other 30 cases were in control group and treated with chemotherapy only.Results The effective rate in treatment group was 43.3% and that in control group was 26.7%.There was significant difference(P<0.05).At the body mass and Karnofsky score,treatment group outstripped control group and there was significant difference.Conclusion Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy can heighten the curative effect of chemotherapy and improve the life quality of NSCLC patients. |
