糖尿病合并高血压患者血浆内皮素水平及其与肾功能的相关性

目的研究糖尿病合并高血压患者血浆内皮素水平及其与肾功能紊乱的相关性及意义。方法选择糖尿病合并高血压患者161例,其中伴有肾功能不全者55例,以健康体检者32例为对照组,采用放射免疫法测定血浆内皮素水平,采用酶法测定血清尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮等指标。结果糖尿病合并高血压患者血浆ET-1水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),糖尿病合并高血压患者伴有肾功能不全者血浆ET-1水平与血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸等指标呈正相关(r=0.275,P<0.01;r=0.222,P<0.01;r=0.176,P<0.05)。结论内皮素水平的增高是糖尿病合并高血压患者病情发展中的危险因素,可能是糖尿病合并高血压患者肾脏功能紊乱的病理生理基础之一。

Plasma endothelin level of diabetic patients with Hypertension and its correlation with renal dysfunction

Objective To study the plasma endothelin level of diabetic patients with hypertension and its correlation with renal dysfunction.Methods One hundred and sixty one diabetic patients with hypertension were selected,including 55 patients with chronic renal failure.32 normal people were defined contrast group.Plasma levels of endothelin was tested by radioimmunoassay,enzymatic determination was used to test uric acid,creatinine and blood urea nitrogen.Results Plasma endothelin level of diabetic patients with hypertension significantly increased than that of the control group(P<0.05).Endothelin level of chronic renal failure in diabetic patients with hypertension was positively correlated with uric acid,creatinine and blood urea nitrogen(r=0.275,0.222,0.176 respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion Increased level of plasma endothelin might be a risk factor in the pathogenesis of diabetic patients with hypertension,and maybe one of the possible reasons of renal dysfunction.
