心理干预对慢性充血性心力衰竭伴抑郁患者心功能的作用

目的探讨心理干预对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)伴抑郁患者抑郁情绪及心功能的影响。方法慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)伴抑郁诊断的患者,随机分成两组:心理干预组和对照组各45例。对照组给予常规心血管药物治疗,干预组则在常规心血管药物治疗的基础上进行综合心理干预,抑郁情绪严重者服用适量抗抑郁药物,疗程3个月。结果 (1)治疗3个月后,治疗组抑郁程度较对照组明显减轻(P<0.01);(2)治疗组(NYHA)心功能分级、LVEF比对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)伴抑郁患者,心理干预能减轻抑郁情绪,进一步改善心功能。

The role of psychological intervention on depression and cardiac function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure

【Objective】To explore the impact of psychological intervention on depression in patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF) associated with depression and heart function.【Methods】Chronic congestive heart failure with depression were randomLy divided into psychological intervention group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases).The control group was given conventional cardiovascular medications,the intervention group received a comprehensive psychological intervention on the basis of conventional cardiovascular medications,in severe cases of depression taking the amount of antidepressant drugs.All patients were followed up for 3 months.【Resluts】(1)Compared between two groups 3 months after treatment,depression of the treatment group than the control group significantly reduced(P<0.01);(2)The NYHA functional grade significantly improved(P <0.05),LVEF significantly increased in treatment group(P <0.05).【Conclusion】With depression in patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF),psychological intervention can reduce depression and further improve heart function.
