黑箱法与人工小时法蚊虫监测结果比较

摘    要:
目的比较黑箱法和人工小时法监测蚊虫密度的差异,探讨以黑箱法替代人工小时法监测蚊虫密度的可能性。方法在3个现场比较黑箱法和人工小时法监测蚊虫密度、种类的差异,比较2种方法监测蚊种构成比、性别比和季节消长趋势的相关性。结果监测结果显示,黑箱法监测蚊虫密度为1.51只/箱,低于人工小时法(3.13只/点),且差异有统计学意义(t=4.985,P=0.0025)。2种监测方法蚊虫密度的季节消长趋势基本一致,相关性高,且有统计学意义(r=0.8833,P=0.0084)。分析雌蚊的密度和消长规律,人工小时法捕捉雌蚊密度(1.88只/点)高于黑箱法(0.50只/箱),且差异有统计学意义(t=5.043,P=0.0023);两方法逐月密度指数无相关性(r=0.4812,P=0.2743)。2种监测方法监测蚊种和构成有所不同,黑箱法监测蚊种以淡色库蚊为主(占捕蚊总数的90.6%),有少量的三带喙库蚊(4.1%)、白纹伊蚊(2.4%)、骚扰阿蚊(2.9%),未监测到中华按蚊;人工小时法监测蚊种以淡色库蚊(42.8%)和骚扰阿蚊(40.3%)为主,除三带喙库蚊(11.7%)和白纹伊蚊(4.7%)外,还监测到中华按蚊(0.5%)。2种监测方法监测蚊虫性别比不同,黑箱法雄蚊多于雌蚊,人工小时法则相反。黑箱法和人工小时法监测捕获的雌蚊数接近,但差异有统计学意义(χ2=146.18,P〈0.001)。黑箱法和人工小时法监测捕获的雄蚊数差异较大,黑箱法高于人工小时法,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=513.01,P〈0.0001)。结论研究均表明蚊虫监测方法能否捕获某一蚊种与该地区此蚊种密度的丰富度有密切关系,黑箱法适合于多种蚊种监测,捕获雌蚊数量少于雄蚊。作为蚊虫监测方法的规律性和标准操作程序还有待进一步研究。
