土鳖虫多肽溶液抗肿瘤作用研究

摘    要:
目的:研究土鳖虫多肽溶液抗肿瘤作用。方法:以H22肿瘤小鼠为动物模型,给药10天后处死,取肿瘤、脾脏、胸腺并称重,计算抑瘤率、脾脏系数和胸腺系数;取肝脏检测MDA水平和SOD活性。结果:土鳖虫多肽溶液对H22肿瘤小鼠的抑瘤率为46.79%,脾脏系数和胸腺系数均较模型对照组升高(P〈0.05);土鳖虫多肽能使肿瘤小鼠肝脏MDA水平降低和SOD活性升高,与模型组比较有差异(p〈0.05)。结论:土鳖虫多肽溶液对H22肿瘤小鼠有抗肿瘤作用。

Abstract:
Abjeetive To study the anti-tumor effect of Eupolyphage sinensis Walker polypeptide solution. Methods The tumor model in mice was established by line of H22 liver cancer. After 10 days of treatment, the mice were killed, the subcutaneous sarcoma, spleen and thymus were separated and weight; The MDA level and SOD activity of liver were tested. Results The inhibition rate of Eupolyphage sinensis Walker polypeptide solution on H22-Hepatoma bearing mice was 46.79% ; The spleen index and thymus index were higher than model control group(P 〈0. 05); The MAD level was decreased and SOD activity was raised of liver than model control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Eupolyphage sirlensis Walker polypeptide solution has anti-tumor effect on H22-Hepatoma bearing mice.
