| 大肠癌肝转移24例外科治疗 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大肠癌肝转移的手术治疗效果。方法对24例大肠癌肝转移患者施行手术切除,结合文献对手术适应证、手术方式以及随访结果进行分析。结果全组无手术死亡。1,3,5年生存率分别为95.8%,58.3%和16.7%。结论手术切除是治疗大肠癌肝转移的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of surgical resection for Colorectal liver metastases.Methods 24 cases of Colorectal liver metastases were received surgical resection, we referred the literature and analyzed the surgical indications,operating modes and the follow -up resuhs.Results All cases recovered smoothly after operation, 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rate was 95.8% ,58.3%and16.7% respectively,Conclusion Surgical resection was almost effective treatment for Colorectal liver metastases. |
