Abstract:
It has not been rePorted whether hemodynamics is influenced by using contact electrode to record monophasie action Potential (MAP) of myoeardium. Therefore, dynamic changes in arterial blood Pressure (BP) and central venous Pressure (CVP) during recording MAP of endocardium and epicardium of both ventricles Were observed on 22 rabbits in four states, that is, closed-chest waked or anesthetized and pericardium intact or extirpated after theraetomy. The results indicated that there were no changes in BP and CVP in part cases and automatically recovered from fallen BP and risen CVP in most cases during MAP of the epicardium in the closed-chest state.However, almost all the BP significantly fell and CVP rose and the changes did not automatically recover in the Period of recording MAP from endocandium and epicardium in other states.
