脑梗死患者血清sICAM-1,TNF-α的变化及意义

摘    要:目的 :探讨脑梗死患者血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1)和肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)的水平变化及意义。方法 :应用ELISA法测定脑梗死患者急性期及恢复期血清sICAM - 1及TNF -α的水平 ,并与 2 4例正常对照组对比分析。结果 :脑梗死患者急性期血清sICAM - 1和TNF -α水平较正常对照组明显升高 (均为P <0 0 1) ,恢复期sICAM - 1及TNF -α水平较急性期明显降低 (均为P <0 0 1) ,但仍高于对照组 (均为P <0 0 5 )。结论 :TNF -α、sICAM- 1可能参与脑梗死的发病过程 ,血清sICAM - 1、TNF -α的检测有助于临床病情分析。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the changes of serum of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in patients with cerebral ischemia and their clinical significance. Methods: Serum level of sICAM-1 and TNF-α in patients with cerebral ischemia (include acute phase and convalescence:2 weeks after treatment ) and in healthy people were measured by ELISA. Then the levels of two groups were contrasted. Results: Serum level of sICAM-1 and TNF-α in patients with cerebral ischemia in acute phase was remarkly higher than that in healthy group ( P <0.01),and after treatment,the level of sICAM-1 and TNF-α was remarkly higher than that before treatment( P <0.01). Although they also higher than healthy group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum sICAM-1 and TNF-α may be related to the development of cerebral ischemia.So measurement of them is helpful to clinical analysize.
