| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药联合常规化疗干预中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法将54例入选的非小细胞肺癌患者,根据实际治疗情况分为治疗组和对照组。对照组27例采用单纯化疗,治疗组27例在对照组化疗基础上,根据中医辨证加用中药,观察和分析两组患者临床生活质量、血液学毒性及瘤体变化。结果治疗后两组患者的总健康因子量表评分较治疗前均有显著上升(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组相比较,治疗后的总健康因子量表评分的上升更为明显,比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组的有效无显著差异,但治疗组的稳定率明显高于对照组,与之比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组患者的WBC与PLT水平在治疗后有显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组的WBC水平降低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论中药联合化疗能有效的提高非小细胞肺癌患者的生存质量,稳定瘤体,减轻毒副作用。
