信息-动机-行为技巧模型在银屑病患者健康教育中的实践研究

目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型在银屑病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2018年10月-2019年1月我院皮肤科病房共142例银屑病患者作为研究对象,按病区分为干预组与对照组,各71例。对照组进行常规健康教育,干预组根据IMB模型进行健康宣教,在干预前、出院时、出院1个月、出院3个月收集患者银屑病知识得分、服药依从性及心理状态情况。结果干预组银屑病患者在出院时、出院后1个月、出院后3个月的知识评分与服药依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),干预组焦虑评分、抑郁评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论基于IMB模型的健康教育模式可以提高银屑病患者知识认知水平,提高其用药依从性,改善心理状态,对银屑病患者的健康促进具有重要意义。

Practical study of information-motivation-behavioral skill model in health education of psoriasis patients

Objective To explore the effect of Information-motivation-behavioral skill(IMB)model in health education of patients with psoriasis.Methods A total of 142 psoriasis patients in dermatology ward of a hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(n=71)and control group(n=71).The control group was given routine health education,and the experimental group was given health education according to IMB model.The knowledge score,medication compliance and psychological status of patients with psoriasis were collected before the intervention,at the time of discharge,one month after discharge and three months after discharge.Results At the time of discharge,1 month after discharge and 3 months after discharge,the scores of knowledge cognition and drug compliance in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were much lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education model based on IMB model can improve the knowledge cognition,drug compliance and psychological status of patients with psoriasis,which is of great significance to the health promotion of patients with psoriasis.
