基于流量监测的三甲医院分院门诊管理模式探讨

目的通过门诊流量分析,找出患者的就诊规律,探讨三甲医院分院门诊管理模式。方法应用时间序列数据季节指数分析法对我院2016-2018年每个月的门诊患者流量,按月、周和每日不同时段进行分析,寻找流量变化特点及分布。结果 3年门诊量的增速平均为23.67%,就诊量最多的前5个科室依次是产科、消化内科、妇科、骨科和心血管内科。就诊流量以3月、5月、6月、9月、10月、11月、12月较大,尤以11月达到全年最高峰,1月、2月、4月、7月、8月较小,2月最低;1周中周一的就诊流量最高,周五最低;一天中08∶00-10∶00流量最大,呈明显高峰,16∶00-17∶00为最低峰。结论门诊流量在不同时段都有不同的变化规律,医院管理者依据其规律和分布,对分院门诊人力资源进行优化配置。

Discussion on outpatient management model of branches of class A tertiary hospitals based on outpatient flow monitoring

Objective To find out the general rule of patient visits based on the analysis of outpatient monitoring data and to develop a outpatient management model for branches of class A tertiary hospitals.Method To identify the characteristics and distribution pattern according to the analysis of outpatient flow changes by month,week and hour from 2016 to 2018 using time series data of seasonal index.Results It grew at an average rate of 23.67%in outpatient amount for 3 years.Internal obstetrics,gastroenterology,gynecology,orthopedics and cardiovascular medicine are of the top five in medical consultations.The flow peak was higher in March,May,June,September,October,November and December,with November reaching the highest of the whole year,while lower in January,February,April,July,August,with February the lowest.For weekdays,the highest was on Mondays,while the lowest on Fridays.For days,the highest was between 8∶00 am and 10∶00 am,and the lowest between 4∶00 pm and 5∶00 pm.Conclusion Outpatient flow varies in months,weekdays and hours,and thus hospital administrators could optimize the allocation of outpatient human resources according to its rules and distribution.
