| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阑尾切除术中不缝合腹膜对手术时间和伤口感染的影响。方法回顾分析阑尾切除术中不缝合腹膜810例与缝合腹膜320例的临床资料,并进行对比。结果与缝合腹膜组相比,阑尾切除术不缝合腹膜组的手术时间明显缩短,伤口感染率明显下降,差异有显著性意义。结论阑尾切除术中不缝合腹膜可以缩短手术时间,预防术后伤口感染,值得临床推广的应用。 |
